"Above and beyond my expectations!" Rich, Justin, Jeff, and Dshon went above and beyond to turn my complicated situation into a new car me and my family love. I had met Rich by chance when dropping my GF off to get her car serviced. I explained basics of my bankruptcy and otherwise complicated situation and that I didn't expect I would be able to begin car shopping till November. "Good sservice without the pressure." I was lucky to have met Albert Heron at Larry Miller of Peoria. He was very helpful and patient with me. I asked him to work with my brother on my behalf for my 3rd Elantra lease. This time it is an Elantra SEL! He was efficient and so pleasant to work with and converse with as well. I did not need too much car explanations as this is my third Elantra, so he covered only the "new" to me items. I will return in the future and will recommend Albert and Larry Miller. "Robert & Anthony" Robert Smith, Customer Relations Manager & Anthony Herrera, Parts Counter went above & beyond to make sure we were 100% taken care of with our dash mat & sunscreen. We are just waiting for the mudflaps to become available to purchase for our 2019 Santa Fe. Robert even came to our home & picked up our SUV to have the tint, door edge guards, cup guards & nitrogen done since it wasn't completed at the time of delivery. "Outstanding Customer Service" What could have been a horrible situation became a great experience only because of Robert Smith the customer relations manager. I would recommend him to all my friends. He listened to all my concerns in a way I knew he cared. He is one of the friendliest, easiest to talk too, caring people I've ever met at a dealership. He's perfect for his job. Larry H. Miller Hyundai had better hang on to him because he's the only reason I will be back. The continued care and concern has been outstanding!
