"Personal experience" Dealership is very pushy, to the point of discomfort. This gentlemen does not have a filter and I believe to be unprofessional with celebrating sales and making comments like "your keep me from dinner with my kids" and "I am only 1.5 vehicles away from my bonus". I myself are in sales and would never celebrate sales in front of my customers and congratulating other salesman by yelling through the sales floor.
