"Highly recommend " I was hesitant to come in to the dealership because I dread the back and forth, the 'Let me check with my manager" thing, and never being able to get a straight answer. After a few emails with Loren where he have me all the information I asked for including the bpttpm line price, I came in. We did exactly the deal we agreed to, and then I drove home in my new Hyundai. I couldn't be happier with my car or my experience. I would highly recommend Loren and Larry Miller Hyundai.

"Simply the best" Great price, great customer service, and above all, FAST! We already had negotiated a price over email. When I got there, Loren already had my paperwork waiting and the Elantra I selected up front. We drove it and by the time I finished with the finance guy, it was cleaned up and ready for me to drive home. Why aren't all car dealers like this?

"Yes You Can Buy a Car Online" Finally, buying a car was as easy as shopping on Amazon. Loren sent me a link so that I could browse their inventory online and then get an actual bottom line price INCLUDING taxes, fees, etc. When I went in, I actually knew EXACTLY what I would be paying. We test drove the car I picked, and I was in and out in no time with no surprises!

"No meeting took place." I called in and found out that I was a winner in the "Ultimate Employee Package." I told the lady I was talking with that I was making an appointment for an oil change, she said I will take care of that for you. I told her Craig Mathias was my contact and she said she would let him know I would be coming in for an oil change and she would meet me when I come in. I came in at 7:45 and left at 8:50, no one there to meet me. Am I still eligible for the prize?

"Pressure Free" Loren was helpful, courteous, and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. When I finally made my decision, he did a great job showing me how to use all the bells and whistles! He even made time for me each time I came back for more instruction. Best car buying experience ever!

"Great experience overall!" Like most people, I dread the negotiation part of buying a vehicle. I went to the recent tent event, hoping for the best. "We will sort it out," I previously did a review on this dealer because of a glitch I had with them , these guys are Ok , may be it was just the mixed up numbers that I was sorting out with them did not seem right to me. I think they're sincere and willing to make a deal in the interest of both parties. Some time It feels like the try to give a deal I don't want and I need a deal they won't give. Addison, Dakota are all good people. I hope my next car will be purchased at their dealer.
