"Recall and Follow Up Appointment" I took the car in for a recall as well as a follow up to a previous service issue. The recall was handled and the follow up on a previous service issue was resolved. The concern I had about the previous service issue was thoroughly investigated and was determined to to my satisfaction not be an issue at all.

"Jenna was fantastic! " When I first entered the dealership a very aggressive salesman approached me. I almost left immediately if it weren't for Jenna. She didn't treat me like a dollar sign. She actually wanted to help me achieve my goals. This wasn't an exciting trip to buy a new car. I needed a lower payment due to recent life events. Jenna was outstanding and she is the only reason I would return. She really seemed to care about me as a person. The other sales rep only seemed to care about his bottom line.

"The perfect car for our needs!" Randy did a fantastic job finding the perfect car for our needs. Trying to rebuild credit is hard in the first place, but getting a decent car at a decent rate was a pleasant surprise.
