"Four wheel alignment - what's wrong" My service advisor provides excellent service. The work done at the dealership is very good. The problem is the cost of service. I was charged $129.95 for a 4 wheel alignment. I have seen 4 wheel alignments at reputable shops, advertised with the most modern equipment and certified mechanicals for HALF the price. Dealerships just charge too much.

"Fast and fair" Brought my car in for oil change and problem with rear washer. They serviced it, rotated tires and repaired washer. No charge since i purchased the oil change package when i bought the car. Happy customer.

"Service" In service Daniel Darling was excellent and friendly as usual. His advice, which I've taken in the past has been superior to other advisors in service.

"Recall Work - under warranty" Took my car in because I had received notices in the mail regarding knocking and a brake pedal pad... While there I had asked them to check the sensors in my tires because the tire warning indicator was coming on every few days but when the air pressure was checked, they were not off by much at all. While checking, they found a nail in my tire and fixed it. Craig has always been easy to work with and he also gave me a list of items and costs that are recommended in the near future. "Quick and easy" My visit was estimated at two hours but I was on my way in one hour! The service was professional and easy. I wish I could remember my guys name, he was very professional and nice to work with.

"Fast, complete, friendly" Scheduled apt for oil change for 7:20 AM. All was completed by 8:00 AM including a check of most everything based on the list that was provided. Service was friendly coffee was good and only short time waiting for all to be completed.

"Honest, thorough, personal" My wife and I have found the service departmart and espically Daniel Darling to be honest, personal and very knowledgeable. He was thorough in explaining the options available to us for our leaking brake fluid problem.
