Wait time for oil change & inspection is too long. Wanting chg 272.00 for filters is ridiculous. Staff was friendly.

Took 2009 Accent in for usual oil change. Completed in a timely fashion with no problems. Mark Castleman was the service agent.

Dealership is good in services, but only issue is it’s takes a lot of time, around 2-3 hours.

Quick service before heading back to WI. Needed oil change and 2 recalls corrected. Dustin was great. Everything done. Estimated 2.5 hours. Done in 2.5 hours.

Had an appointment, got car in soon after. Dustin said it would be maybe 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. so offered to give a ride home, stayed, all in all wasn't to bad.

I took my 2022 Tucson in for service and everything was great. Until about 4 hours later and my car seemed to have had everything wrong. I immediately called and told Hyundai how my car was driving and all the lights that were not on my dash. They told me to have it towed in and arranged for a Lyft to pick me and my kids up because my car was not safe to drive. While I was panicked, they were calm and professional.
