Alexandria was our service provider and she was above and beyond helpful with a wonderful attitude! She made sure everything was done correctly and swiftly!
Although a called a week in advance to advise I had a nail in my tire and Firestone said it could not be repaired and I would need a new tire, there was no tire in stock when I arrived for my appointment. Alex was kind enough to arrange for a Lyft but it was after 5:30 p.m. before I was able to pick up my car.

Have always had excellent service at Larry Miller Hyundai. Today was also excellent. I was especially pleased with my service rep Melissa who was friendly and informative.
Definitely a 5 star experience. Fast, efficient service, courteous, helpful staff, and clean, pleasant waiting room area.
Service Representatives are very courteous and efficient. Ashleigh has always helped me. That's why I'm giving you a 5star. Service itself leaves something to be desired. Would have expected your tech would be competent and courteous enough to elaborate on the fault on my head unit! Car hasn't even 100k miles. Rude to just quote 32k dollar estimate without better communication. Plan on having repair performed anywhere else. Oh. He forgot to clear or explain the orange 🔺 notice on my dash. My check in for my appointment was very prompt. My service advisor Ana is very professional and keeping me updated on the progress of my appointment.
I'm a new customer to Miller Hyundai but a very long term Hyundai user. I've visited many dealerships as we have moved around the country and I'm pleased to report that Ana in your service department rates 10 stars for customer service!!!
Alex was very professional and had my 2022 Tucson serviced on 12/23/22 which was a very busy day. I would have definitely given the Service a 5 but there were big muddy footprints on my driver side floor mat. The service and car wash was excellent otherwise.
