Once again, I had Excellent service from Ana. She is always very friendly, extremely professional and very helpful, she arranged for me to get a ride home and get picked up when my vehicle was ready. Everybody in the service department that I came across with was awesome. Service department keep up the great work.

Great work and all went but, didn't like the 3 hour wait for canaster replacement. Seems work doesn't start right away from appointment time.

I was very impressed with how everything was handled. I had to have my husband bring in the car and Ana made it simple and easy for him and myself. I was worried there could be an issue since he didn’t know what to expect and thought I might be getting calls but Ana was very well prepared and treated him and myself with the utmost respect and care!

Over all good only concern is that they noted that my tires were over inflated on the paper work but never corrected them to the correct PSI, they could have let some air out and filled them with nitrogen, I pulled over and corrected them, would have nice to have them do it.
