"Hit or miss with the service department and the advisers..." Hit or miss with the service department and the advisers Ashleigh and Dirk. Receptionists who answer phone do not say their name when they answer and give incorrect information. Advisers hard to get a response from when the car is not being serviced for follow up. No accountability. They do what they get away with and no repercussion.

I did not purchase from Larry Miller Hyundai but I am completely satisfied with their service department now that I have Ashley as my advisor.
