"Recall- Service- Contemplating new car purchase " Dirk and Marisa were efficient and courteous. Dirk was able to service the car quickly and provide a quote in a timely manner. Marisa was courteous and attentive. Both a pleasure to work with.

"met all expectations....did what I asked at price quoted...." offered free check of alignment.....got it and price to correct.....while waiting for repair had doughnut and coffee....took a little longer than I wanted but I didn't have an appointment and they squeezed me into their work schedule....I was fine with wait .....they did a good job

"Recall and Follow Up Appointment" I took the car in for a recall as well as a follow up to a previous service issue. The recall was handled and the follow up on a previous service issue was resolved. The concern I had about the previous service issue was thoroughly investigated and was determined to to my satisfaction not be an issue at all.

"Leasing " My experience at LHM Hyundai was great. Bryson was very polite and professional and helped me find the right Tucson for me. I was not ready to lease yet but nonetheless he was still very helpful. Once I am ready to lease, he will be the sales rep I use.
