Customer service is always over the top. They are prompt and courteous. After having my oil changed and doing the safety inspection the service department found a leaking rear shock. I was stressed about the additional time at the dealership and they shuttled me home so I could get some work done and then picked me up to get my up when it was done. So grateful. They always provide service with a smile. LOVE Larry H Miller.
I have been looking for a new car at Lexus in Murray for months, and they weren’t helpful, but I called Michael at this Lexus location, and he was able to find exactly what I wanted, and we sealed the deal within a day over the phone! He helped me find my dream car that I never thought I could find! If you’re planning on buying a car here please ask for Michael Anthony! You won’t regret it! Thank you very much again Michael! Jason was great to work with in the service department. He did everything possible to make it a great experience. He called about the problem (battery) quickly and they replaced the battery promptly. The only complaint I have is that the battery warranty is only for a one-time battery replacement on each vehicle even if the replacement goes bad afterwards. My batteries on my 2006 Lexus have needed to be replaced at least every 1 1/2 to 2 years since I’ve owned the car. Walmart batteries are rated higher, so the price differe... read more

I bought the car of my dreams at a great price! I have black rims and did the extended warranty just in case. Sure enough they got scraped up at a car wash and the service department made my rims look brand new!
