My naigbor next door hired them to install gutters a day or so ago and they parked there work van right in front of our house and made a mess off rusty nails, materials and they left it like that. They also had very inappropriate loud conversation of there sex lives with no regard of my daughter having to hear it and My fiancées rear passenger tire is now leaking. We had a very frustrating and dishonest experience with our sales rep. He lied to us multiple times about significant aspects of the job. We had Larson’s out a few years ago to install LeafGuard, and our rep then was great. Recently we had Larson’s replace the attic insulation. While the job went well, the interaction with our sales rep was awful and led to some costly issues: -We were told that we would receive a $500 rebate which ended up only being $350. We wasted $6000 for these guys to come out to our house and it made zero!!! Difference. In fact it made it worse, we now all of a sudden have a window leak right where they sprayed foam. Do not do their insulation service, or any at this point. I called to explain we did not notice a difference but never received a call, and now we have this!!!

I don’t typically go out of way to leave a comment but I was highly displeased with their customer service and being lied too. It started with scheduling to get a proposal on gutters and the day of the appointment about 2 hours before the appointment the salesman’s Brad calls to reschedule, which we did. The day he finally did come he apologized for him being late and having to reschedule before and that he would be sending us a gift card for our troubles. Both gutter and roof replaced in one day. After the crew left you wouldn’t know they were there. Unmatched clean up. Comforting to know that I will never go through this again plus the warranty it transferred when I sell. Would never recommend any other firm for this work.
