Thoughtful, well informing and timely communication. There are so many details in a re-if and Joey walked me through every single one. I’ve had less than favorable with other brokers adding line items and costs that we didn’t discuss. Joey is honest and upfront about what to expect, fees and costs that are non- negotiable and those which might have flexibility. Brady and his team were efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. They didn't mind explaining items that were needed and giving me hints about the best way to locate and send them.
