5***** awesome experience from the time I walked in ... professional and courteous staff ... no wait time ... doctor and physicians assistant were so knowledgeable and cared about me as a patient. They even had someone call me about prescriptions. No one likes going to any doctor but this really was an amazing experience. Highly recommend!!!
Professional, they are on time little to no wait time at the office . Dr Q is a terrific person aside from being an awesome Physician. I had a matter w a family member and she reached out to speak w the person to put her at ease and made recommendations of doctors in her area. She Totally did not have to do this as she is super busy ever day .👍🏻
Really some of the nicest, most caring medical professionals I have ever dealt with. The office is large, modern and SPOTLESS (all three are rare in the city) and I was even seen on time. Reception was a pleasure and everything just went so smoothly. My visit was a pleasure...and that almost never happens in NYC.
As always, my experience was extremely good in every way. Dr. Quintana was knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly. The nursing staff was friendly, polite and efficient as well. All in all a positive experience. Would recommend Dr. Quintana without question. High Marks!
My follow up appointment was a breeze. Dr. Quintana was on time, we discussed my treatments and next steps. I highly recommend!
