I had my surgery in August of 2017. I have to say that I regret using Lasik for the procedure. My healing took longer and I can't say that it is 100% today. My issue was with the false set of expectations that were provided to me. I came for my follow up every month post surgery and was told I could do a touch up. My last appointment they told me I couldn't do a touch up anymore. I still can't see properly and I just spent a lot of money and had my time wasted. It’s been a month since the surgery and I have to say I regret getting it done!! Do you research!!! I might have gotten rid of glasses but now I’m a slave to eye drops due to dry eye alternating from hourly drops to gel drops to ointment at night top with a massage with hot cloth before bed. I have difficulty seeing or reading in dim light and def can’t drive at night or go out as everything is pretty blurry. I can’t go into an establishment with bright light as it gives me a headache. The worst experience... I would NEVER recommend LASIK MD to anyone ever again!!! Find any other place that does the surgery but not LASIK.. and if you think that when you have a complaint that the staff would be polite.. think again especially if you talk to Diana !!!
Complete Scam - they brute force sales tactic you into buying a lifetime warranty, the tell you that the need to come in for bi-annual check up's is n longer required to maintain the warranty. When you need help they refer you back to the contract that says check up's are required to maintain warranty and want another $2000.00 for do any adjustments to your eyes.
Once you have paid you do not exist. Don't believe the "lifetime warranty". very bad customer service don't believe them before the surgery they trying to tell life time warranty but nothing don't believe them
