Verified Renter Lasselle place is horrible. A/C didn’t work all summer and the hot water kept going out all winter. Termites in the building and the bathroom water smells like sulfur. Takes months to get things repaired and they just break again. Refrigerator has been “fixed” about 4 times already and is still leaking water on the floor every morning. They won’t even come check it out anymore.

Verified Renter I have nothing positive to say about Lasselle Place apartments it has really changed from when I first moved in when people were friendly and welcoming in your leasing office and maintenance issues were addressed within one to two days. A very different atmosphere since change of ownership.

Don't move here!! I've only lived here a few months and it's been terrible. I really wish I would have listened to the reviews before committing. Gates are broken, trash is overflowing with homeless going through it, I witnessed a hit and run on a car, dog poop on the side walks, broken bars on the front gate, I could go on and on with all the problems we have here and within our apartment.
