You always receive a smile from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The staff is super accommodating and Dr Lassin did tests on my gums today that no other dentist has done before! They truly have the patient as their priority!
I hate the dentist! I hate everything about it. Lassin's office staff are friendly and professional. Everyone is courteous. Lassin puts me at ease and makes what usually is a very unpleasant experience not too bad. I highly recommend this office.
Considering I was in Dentist chair for 2 hours as Dr Lassin did his thing, I was as comfortable as can be expected. Both Dr.Lassin and his assistant Lynne were very pleasant and caring.
I could not ask for a better dental office.
I was impressed and appreciated that Stacey called me back soon after I called the office about a filling that had come out. It was the Thursday before Easter and I didn't want to have to go through the entire weekend minus the filling. Stacey was able to get me in at 12:15 that same day and Dr. Lassin was as gracious as always in replacing the filling. Kudos to both of them!
Dr Lassin and his staff are AMAZING! Dr. Lassin is compassionate, knowledgeable, gentle, polite, and the Best Dentist Ever! His staff are equally as skilled and accomodating and a true pleasure. Five stars isn't even enough...they deserve 10 Stars!
