Horrible Service
Classic bait n switch on our appliances.now almost a month past original delivery its back ordered and they want 25% restocking Stay away thede guys are making their money on restocking fees
They do have friendly staff, but they shoddy merchandise and falsify their warranty’s. Understand if your furniture or appliance breaks down within the first year they will not assist you, they will not refund you, they put you on an endless waiting list. I went to complain in store and there were THREE other unrelated people there doing the same thing. I don’t know who they payed to skew their reviews so badly here, but check google and you’ll see their pattern.

One of the worst shop in my life, I order washer 3 months a go still showing back order. No response from sale people when I call them oh we are so sorry for that, same answer every time manager not coming to talk always not available not giving refunds

Lastman’s Bad Boy is running a SCAM in which they make you pay for a product with a short delivery date, only to never send the product, and never provide a refund. It make me sick. We ordered a dishwasher in September 2021 during one of Bad Boy’s big sales. Delivery date came and went. Was promised delivery Oct 6. Came and went. Bought a Frigidaire fridge from them. Price was same as Home Depot but had free delivery. Fridge had cabinet damage by compressor area. Delivery guys said they would report it and that I would receive a discount. Never happened and couldn't get anywhere with them on the phone. Also had condensation in fridge due to a door gasket not sealing properly. Looks to me that they are selling manufacturers defect products and charging full price. Andrew Ferrari
