So i’ve purchased two couches, one coffee table and two end tables on January 6. Few days later we got our couches but nothing for the tables and we were told that the order was backed up and we would receive our tables later on. So we got like 3 different deliveries after that with different parts for the tables but not all the parts so we couldnt even put it together. I had a sofa discontinued so had to go into store to cancel so was not happy.... was just going to cancel & leave but talk to sales associate (Jarod) & he helped me so much that we ended up finding a suitable alternate and had delivery same as the original order...this was awesome service...thank you so much Jarrod for making us happy!

We went into store and we were greeted upon arrival, we were not followed around the store but knew the associate was right there willing to help as soon as we were ready. We picked out our item and were pleased that we were able to have delivered in 2 days. (Ordered from warehouse) We were pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm of the staff.... we even got a few noooobodys We will definitely be back !
