Bret Carpenter really went above and beyond to help us with our long distance buying, even going so far as to walk the property line for us the afternoon vefore closing when we weren't able to be there in person. We were referred to him by other satisfied customers and we in turn would not hesitate to recommend him!

When we moved here from Florida, Darcy Anderson helped us find our first home in Idaho. She and the staff at Latah Realty were very professional and Darcy gave us excellent customer service.
