Very nice people and a clean, responsible facility. I have left my cat to the Lodge a few times with no issues. They follow directions on feeding and meds and they care about getting things right. You need to call ahead and reserve cat space, since the cat room is small. The rate is $35/day. They let the cats out of the kennels for about one hour a day (alone, not w other cats) and play with them and interact a bit. All the staff are kind-hearted animal lovers and all of my interactions with them are great.
Hannah Cartwright the Head Trainer at Lauderdale pet lodge is a miracle worker. We spent 4 sessions (1hr each) and my dog has learned place, leave it and is walking on a leash like a champ. It has made our lives much more enjoyable and increase our bond with our dog. She is also so friendly and makes it fun. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for dog training!!
Lauderdale Pet Lodge takes excellent care of our Boston Terrier when we go out of town. Each time, she has come home happy and healthy. What I really like is I can customize her stay. Your pet can have as much or as little playtime that you think they will enjoy. This is a pic they caught of her during her last stay and her face just says it all. Lauderdale Pet Lodge has been such a blessing! Lucky gets to play all day with other dogs which has helped tremendously with his separation anxiety.The staff are courteous, kind, and caring. They immediately recognize and acknowledge Lucky the moment he walks into their facility (he literally bolts into the building the moment I let him out of the car and nuzzles the handlers). Best darn doggy place I've been to. My beautiful boy loves it and they love him. All the pets get screened for comparability. The pool was amazing to see. Hercules had never been in water until his first visit here. He has a blast in the water. The live web cams were great. They even give a report card on how your pet did.
