There was SO much documentation we needed to submit to substantiate where various bits of money were coming from, and Laura and her team were always on top of it, knowing what we needed and making sure every i was dotted and t crossed for the underwriters. Communicating from the other side of the world is also always a little tricky, but Laura's team were very responsive and easy to deal with despite our challenging time zone difference.
