When we purchases our home 7 years ago, the loan process was extremely painful with multiple back and forths with the lender's representative. It felt like the first time they had ever done a jumbo loan - and it may have been. Working with Laura was the exact opposite. The entire experience couldn't have been more pleasant and efficient. We thought Laura was great. Laura is Very knowledgeable and I would consider her an expert in her field. She made us feel like we were in capable hands. Her assistant Ebony really added stress with pretty much every piece of communication. Her communication was rarely ever clear and required questions and follow up to understand what she was trying to ask or report. She also misunderstood and confused on our final closing date and asked us to move the date of our home insurance unnecessarily
