Laura is my best lender. She goes after free money for my clients, goes the extra mile where many other lenders don't bother because of the extra work required from them. In addition, Laura will not pre-qual buyers who can't close which saves me a ton of potentially wasted time. On the other hand, if there is a way to creatively pre-qual a buyer in unusual circumstances, she will find it and do the extra work to make homeownership possible, if it is.
