First time patient and I was very satisfied with my experience. Online appointments and patient forms were easy to navigate and complete. Staff was very pleasant and informative. Dr. McCormack was amazing! She listened to my symptoms and gave a wonderful plan of actions to help correct my foot pains. I would definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.
I had good hopes attending this place based on the reviews, but I should have requested the doctor I see. The exam was rushed with Dr Smith. X-rays were taken, and he didn't even go over any findings but was quick to recommend me for surgery. I have no clue what the results of the xrays are. Why take them when you don't discuss them with the patient. No Treatment regime, but pushed surgery when I'm not in chronic pain. It seems like he was preoccupied with something else. To say that Dr. Nicole McCormack is phenomenal is an understatement. I've been seeing her since 2021 for various foot issues, and she has been able to treat all of them and inform me in a comprehensive and understandable manner how to treat them at home. The fact that I've been going to her for 2.5 - 3 years for my ailments and only now writing a review is criminal. I am in awe of the experience I had at Laurel Foot and Ankle Ctr. every one was so nice and professional. I loved that doctor chose to treat my issue instead of masking the issue with a quick shot. I am definitely going to keep them in my contacts and return in the future.
Dr. Kline is my go to. Very experienced. Great diagnostics. Doesn't jump to surgical solutions. Had a bit of surgery to remove a bone chip that was painful. Went fine. No issues after dancing on it daily for 5 years.
