Tech was excellent! He fixed a longstanding lighting issue, was prompt, friendly and all around a great electrician. This was our first time using Laurelton Electric and we now know where to turn for all of our electrical issues.
We appreciated his expertise, efficiency, and professionalism. And on top of all of that they was really nice and congenial. We actually enjoyed having him work in the house while we were here.
They came out when they said they would and actually came up with a solution to some wiring issues we had with an old house at much less than what we thought we would have to do or pay! Very experienced & only fixes what's broken, not what gets them the most money. What a score! The level of the work and the costs are very good!
This piece of equipment is no joke. Pulls lots'a juice and gets very, very hot. Pictures of the building going up in smoke or the wires melting into a puddle of glass (I'm a worrier) filled my vision. I called these guys. As it turns out. just because your paranoid does not mean that you might not be right. They sent out a pretty sharp worker dude who picked up on the fact that the wires did not look quite right. We worked with them and they were very polite and professional. We would use them again, if we have any other electrical problems. I appreciated that they were able to come out the next day, provided a cost estimate as well as how much time the job would take.
