Very helpful in answering all questions and assisting in clarification. There were a couple of things in the loan I was not informed of until I read over documentation shortly before closing. 1) VA loans have an additional $4500+/- charge I was not informed of. 2) HOA fees are not included in escrow as I was initially informed.
