I went through Christensen Financial Inc. and my house was appraised by a fair appraiser. The loan interest rate for a 20 year conventional type is 2.75% rather than the 3.825% for 30 year conventional loan Suntrust offered me; my monthly payment stayed the same as the 4.625% my original loan had; and it took Laurie 6 weeks to process it rather than the 4 months Suntrust did! She was fantastic, easy to contact, helpful on every level. I recommend her to anyone needing to do a refinance.
