Overall, the experience was great. Laurie helped me understand the mortgage products that were available and allowed me choose the mortgage product that best suited my situation, a decision I would never have been able to make without her amazing advice and explanations. During the loan approval process there were a couple issues with communication with the underwriting department that could have scuttled the deal but, thankfully, everything worked out in the end.
