We hired Bryan Fagan to do a simple uncontested probate case that should have cost no more than $5000.00. Over four months and almost $10,000 later we had to fire him for not even completing the initial steps in the process. He just kept sending bogus invoices without actually doing any work at all. We had to file a temporary restraining order just to stop him from stealing any more money and we’re having to sue him to get our money back at further cost to us. Bryan Fagan is a complete scammer. Beware of Bryan Fagan!

I went thru a divorce with one house, no kids, one mediation which my Fagan atty Melvin Thathiah was 'zero' help and they charged me just under $40,000 by the time they were done nickle & diming me to death. A horrible experience from the people that are suppose to be helping you through your horrible experience. The worst of the worst.

Update to my original review. Bryan and Fagan responded to my review on this site giving me their number telling me to contact so they can discuss and make it right when I called they did not discuss or make it right were confused. It wouldn’t have mattered anyways as I have even emailed Bryan Fagan himself about the privacy breach and fraudulent practices and he never responded and the firm refused to acknowledge their mistakes any doings again DO NOT HIRE!
