I highly recommend Attorney Seaver. Do not wait until it's too late to hire him. From the minute you receive any contact from DCF that a case is opened, you need to take the required steps necessary to keep your family intact. Relief. That is the word that best describes our experience with Attorney Seaver from the first call. DCF is intimidating, aggressive, and often acts like they are above the law. Attorney Seaver knows how to keep them on their toes and makes you feel like you have a fighter in your corner. An incredibly welcome feeling during a stressful time. Can't recommend him enough!

Called Attorney Seaver from the beginning of our DCF investigation and he did a terrific job ensuring that the false allegations were put to rest. Our kids mean everything to us so when we got a call from DCF we were terrifed. But once I hired Attorney Seaver, I knew right away we were in great hands! If you don't have Attorney Seaver hired to deal with DCF then you've got a BIG problem!!! He is extremely professional and was able to help my wife and I get DCF out of our lives and shut down these false allegations extremely fast! Make sure you hire him in the beginning before you even speak with DCF! You won't regret it! He always has a set plan and was able tell us exactly what to do to ensure DCF wasn't able to run with these false allegations!

This guy knows his stuff. And he is also well respected with DCF. Yyou want him on your side if you get jammed up with thw Dept of children and families. DCF WILL TRY TO TEAR YOU APART AND DESTROY YOU .. But Mr Seaver will put them in thier place and get them our of your life. He is undoubtedly the best attorney when it comes to DCF matters.
