This law firm is less than zero, and the absolute opposite of dad‘s rights, whatsoever. Stay far away from these incompetent lawyers, and their corrupt legal strategy to take your money and do absolutely nothing but feather bedding in return. I can't think of a better law firm to go to if you are a parent in need of legal help. I met with Anthony D'Agostino of Jeffrey Leving's office and I was blown away by his professionalism, knowledge of the law and willingness to help a father like me. This law firm are all scammers. They put on a show, acting like they want to help you, but once you sign those documents, they can careless for their clients. Especially when you were just trying to get a hold of them to ask a few questions about your issue. They aviod you at all cost until they charge you a high fee and still didn't answer your questions but then threaten to take you to court if you don't pay since you signed their documents. I contacted the Law Offices of Jeffrey Leving for assistance in modifying my custody agreement where I met Attorney Anthony D’Agostino. In meeting Tony, I quickly came to see that, as a fellow father, he really cared about me and my daughter as people, not just as clients.
