I wished that I could give this law office zero stars. My 66 year old mother contacted this office in order to get services. She did the intake and doing so, they asked for her debit card. She decided to go with a different law firm and didn’t sign any paperwork to hire them, but they took it upon themselves to withdraw (unauthorized debit)$250 from an elderly woman who just had heart surgery. This review remains false and defamatory. At no time did our office “steal” any funds. The $250.00 referenced was fully refunded, and a refund check was mailed earlier this week. We also sent written confirmation and supporting documentation via email. In addition, we returned the phone call and clearly advised that the refund had been issued, providing proof of the same. Absolutely cannot recommend a lawyer or paralegal that allows themselves to get sucked into domestic matters and gossip, siding with lies and slander during a divorce case. Unfortunate.
