I’ve used this company for a few years now so I of course called them to get my yard in order again for this year. Initially I called to receive a quote, I never heard back after a week. I called again the following week only to find out they never even looked at my yard. Very unprofessional and complete lack of customer service. Will not be using or recommending this business to others. Lawn Connections came out two weeks before Thanksgiving to measure and give an estimate and I paid a deposit TWO WEEKS BEFORE Thanksgiving.After no showing on us TWICE to install our Christmas lights we were then promised they would be done by Thanksgiving. I got an email today letting me know they don't have enough lights and need to increase our estimate. So disappointed.
Very disappointed in the landscape designer. We were charged $1500 for 3 hours of work and 3 stepping stones and some gravel. They showed up after a heavy rain twice when it was too muddy to do anything. The third time they came they had no idea of what they were doing and my husband had to show them. I would never use their services again and would say buyer be ware unless you only want your grass mowed. BBB will hear from me.
