I have been a member of the credit union since I was a teenager. I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience with my calls. I also enjoy going inside and chatting with several of the employees who have helped me out over the years with car loans and basic financial assistance.
I've have been with LBS Financial Credit Union and they have Always treated me Great!! I feel Safe and Confident using this Credit Union. When I was Hacked in 2020 this was my Only Credit Union that didn't allow the Hackers to touch my Account!!
Been that'd I've had several Banks . And all Treated me very well. I'm sure I'd get the same... With LBS 💳 Credit Union! Excellent Staff. PS: RIGHT ON... Later for NOW!
We were members for decades, even after moving out of state. We finally closed our account 6 months ago, but unbeknownst to us, the bill pay stayed open. One bill was still sent out monthly. Because our HOA sent the check back, they are charging us a hefty return check fee. I called LBSFCU 2 months ago to try to resolve this with no success. I called today, and the agent tried to get it resolved. Hopefully, she did, but the fees are still on us. Grrrr!
I have used LBSFCU for years and years and have never had a single problem. When I call, all are professional and very personable. I give 5 stars for LBSFCU.
