Men should be required to remove hats in the restaurant. Low class meets and sits next to people who are looking for an upscale experience from Bob Evan's.

Had to wait about 20 minutes or so past our reservation time, but was kept informed until table was available and ready. Excellent service and food choices were all very good.

Awesome relaxing atmosphere, good service and GREAT food....If you're in hurry don't bother, the pace is very relaxing and enjoyable

The food was delicious and the atmosphere great. We really enjoyed dining at LBV Steak and Pasta. The first two times we had the Alaska King Crab and the third lobster and steak. I would go back to the crab, the lobster was a little tough. My friend said the steak was very good. Phil is an excellent waiter. Very personable and efficient. Our other waitress was okay but not quite on par with Phil. The only area that we were disappointed was that the hostess on our second visit seemed very annoyed with us. We had another enjoyable early evening meal. Hostess seated us on time,the service...drinks, dinner ordering & delivery by our competent waiter was not rushed nor delayed, food was prepared as ordered and at correct temperature. Restaurant manager acknowledged us and ensured everything was to our satisfaction and it was. We'll definitely return.

This restaurant is located just off the gaming floor at Presque Isle Downs and Casino, a location that I have considered frequently when in the casino, but never visited before taking my fiancé there for her birthday. We were scheduled for the first seating on a Thursday evening, so had the full attention of a very attentive staff. We were seated right on time & served somewhat promptly.....We were on vacation so no hurry here.....The clam appetizer was undercooked but everything else was simply delicious...The steak was cooked to perfection & the lobster tail was also perfection.
