Printer food I have a Brother J870DW, and this is the official ink, so clearly it works. However, it's irritating that my printer is a paperweight if it's out of even one color. Plus, it likes to alert me every hour on my computer because it's clearly a life or death issue. For the livelihood of printing, I keep stocked with this 3 pack and the XL black ink. Great If your printer like mine only supports LC103 and LC101 ink, this is the best you can buy. Much more cost efficient than the smaller LC101 refills. If your printer supports larger than LC103 consider those instead.
Five Stars works well
Great quality I bought off brand cheap ink once and ended up tossing my printer. Since then I stick to the brand that's made for my printer. One tip though. My printer tells me when it's low on ink in order to give me time to purchase some. Some folks think that means it's time to change the cartridge. But I have found I still get a lot of pages after the warning. Definitely buy backup batch to have on hand, but there is no need to change them until your printer refuses to print and gives you the "out of ink" message.
