    Blue and Yellow - OK; Magenta - Not So Much The blue and yellow cartridges were full and registered as such by the printer. The magenta cartridge did not work. Either it was empty, or the chip embedded on it was faulty.

    Bad new color cartridge's I put new color cartridge's in printer then performed Maintenance - Results were bad. Removed cartridge's & ink was on outer portions of all 3 color cartridges. I feel this unacceptable and should get my money or a credit for cartridge replacements

    Black cartridge doesn't work The black cartridge was very pale right from the beginning and it already says it needs to be replaced. I don't print hardly at all so its very frustrating that I put on a new cartridge and its already not working.
