Excellent! Kevin was always accessible and Joanne was helpful, warm and friendly even when the process wasn't.
Never had trouble getting in contact with LeaderOne. They established constant communication and any questions I had about the process was handled quickly and adequately.
Overall the experience was a good one. We had issues with another lender and ended up returning to Kevin and he was still able to accommodate us with our quick closing date. The only negative was Megan. The main reason we started looking else where and ultimately decided to leave was because we couldn't reach Megan. Kevin was on vacation so Megan was helping with the process. She emailed me asking for some documents and I had a few questions. The process was clear and easy. I was kept updated and well informed of what information was needed. Kevin was always quick to respond if I didn't reach him directly with questions. Easiest mortgage or refinance process I've been through.
It was good and a lot of help from them all I thank them.
Kevin and the whole team were great. Rich Heidenreich worked with us about 7 years ago and we really liked the experience so it was easy to choose where to go when we wanted to fund a major remodel of our home. Thanks everyone!!
