My shower installation took a bit longer than a one day fix. It was the largest shower the installer had ever done. After demolition of the tile shower we had wood rot which had to be repaired. It took several days for the wet wood to dry. After repairs were completed, the installation went smooth. I am very happy with the shower.

The sales process was generally smooth and the install was performed with a high level of craftsmanship. The end result is a very good job of work. Only reason for a 9 and not 10 is the installer had to carry out some elements of the design process beyond the documentation provided to them ahead of time.

Leaf Home had lovely installers who explained everything and did a great job. Once it was done, I realized the glass was too short, and they worked with me to replace it with glass that would work better and prevent any water leakage. They were easy to contact throughout the process. I want to give 4.75 stars; the only reason I am not giving five is that I had to recaulk some of the outside work, because they used silicone, which was not paintable. There were a few hiccups along the way but the work is complete now. There was a delay and a redo on the caulking. Its good now but we lost a week in the process and initially we were told we couldnt have the glass doors measured until Leaf Home verified with Fortune glass and gave them the ok to schedule an appointment. Come to find out it was always up to me to schedule the glass appointment and they are coming out Monday now. Redoing the caulking didnt affect the final measurements so I could have gotten on the schedule l... read more
