The installation was excellent. I can not say enough about **** as an installer. My only regret was that the project was hopelessly slated before my knee surgery. That timeline couldnt be met, so slated Wednesday after, then delayed to Friday, & wanted to delay until a week from that Friday. I spoke with installer, ******* about my predicament, and he said **** volunteered to do the install on a Saturday. Without the constant delays, the company would have received 5 stars

The salesman was a wonderful experience, NO pressure tactics. The workers did a quality job of insulation. The follow up with office personnel extremely satisfactory.

Love our new shower! ****, the installer, made sure to keep the bathroom clean and his tools in order when he left on the first day of install. He did a great job with the demo and extension of our shower.
