The salesperson was very helpful. He answered all my questions with professionalism and courtesy. His follow through following the sale was excellent. The installer did a great job considering the extreme cold the day of installation.

The sales person who surveyed our gutters was polite and efficient. Our installer, the day after Christmas when the temperature was 22-24degrees w/ ***** knot winds, did a yeoman-like job without breaking for the coffee which he was offered. Nor did he take the offer to go inside our heated barn to warm up a bit.He completed the job, which in our estimation was substantial, by himself with the tools he brought. Salesman was easy to work with & friendly, the crew arrived on time & were very patient as my power went out just as they got here. So they got everything ready to go & waited until the power was restored. Once that happened, they were efficient & did a great job.

Installer was great, ontime and helpful. My only complaint is your policy of only taking checks for payment. I haven't written a check in 30 years. You need to get out of the dark ages. That seems rather amateurish to me. I gave them a 9 out of 10.
