Salesman was polite and thorough. The overall install was good. The problems I had were, a big mess when finished and lots of swearing out in the street by the 1 installer. When the technician arrived, he was tossing things out of his car and swearing.I gave him 2 landscape garbage cans to use to put the leaves and debris in as he was cleaning the Gutters. He used it on the first section but did not on the other 5 sections. He tossed the debris into my planting beds and on to the sidewalks and patio. I spent 2 hrs the next d... read more

The entire process from beginning to end was smooth and easy. There were delays before installation could begin, and the representative was mindful of how long the delays would take, and once my front and back porches were completed, I had the gutters and leaf guards installed in one and a half days. I thoroughly satisfied with my installation, and wil have a real test of them over the next couple of months as the trees shed their leaves. A great experience - The salesman was very knowledgeable, took his time, and was not pushy - he did follow up to see if we had any questions. He was great to work with. The installer showed up, took his time, explained everything he was going to do, and gave the approximate time he was going to be there. He was knowledgeable, polite, and caring. Did a great job on the installation and clean up. Before he left, he walked me around the house to show what he had performed. Great Experience

The installation team and install were great but one gutter was not done. I only got an explanation on why that particular gutter was not done after repeatedly calling (and the sales guy kind of ghosted me) to get another installer to come back. It was kind of ironic that the sales guy took 20-25 minutes explaining why LeafFilter was so good, but then didn't contact me about the undone gutter. I'm sure LeafFilter will serve us well.
