The techs arrived early on the assigned date and worked much of the day installing my leaf filters. Everything looks perfect. However, we haven't had a hard rain since the installation to really test them. At this point I am very pleased with the job they did and their cleanup afterwards.

We had a good installation after a set back because of hornets. No complaint. A friend of ours used Leaf Filter based on our recommendation, and we were told that we would get a gift card. My wife called many times after confirmation that we would get a $100 gift card. She was told that someone would call us back, but it has not happened, and it has been several months.

I had the front of my house done sometime last year and it went smooth as could be this time I had them come out and do the back of my house and it was a disaster. The installation went fine but the scheduling was horrible. First they cancelled the original date because they said it was too hot. Which sounds ridiculous. Then on the new date they were supposed to come nobody showed up or called me. I called and asked for someone to contact me and it took them almost a week to return my calls.

Sales agent for LeafFilter was extremely pushy and offered a wildly varied range of price for the exact same job. Price ranged from $8,500 to $3,500 ! I finally got the job for $4,097.Installation was a totally different experience. The installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up everything! I only hope that the system does work as advertised. Only time and rain will tell.
