Expensive and no customer service to address issues with the work.
I will not recommend LeafGuard until they refund the $174 for the drain they took.
We have used leafguard twice before when we lived in NC. We thought it was a great product. This time was a disaster! Installation was a nightmare. Rotten wood left of house and the next day while we were looking at the gutters (they look nice) the wood just fell down! Had to call carpenter. Very disappointed.
The salesman was aggressive, and I did not appreciate that . I think he oversold the product.
Two workers came. One did not speak English. The workers were supposed to have my paperwork with them. They didn’t seem to understand what I needed. I had been assured by the salesman that I would get a copy of all the paperwork. I need the paperwork in case of any problems. I have no proof of the warranty.
