The product works great. I'll be happy when I get my entire complex done with LeafGuard, but right now I'm doing it one step at a time.
I liked Michael's personality, and the crew that came was really effective with their communication skills. They were knowledgeable. The personalities of the staff was a really positive experience. They train their employees well, and they were very helpful with their knowledge and interaction.

LeafGuard of Seattle was efficient and professional. The process started out very well because David, my salesperson, was very informative and answered all of the questions that I had. I had been researching gutters for three years, so I had a lot of questions. Also, I am over 60 and I don't like getting up on the roof of my two story house anymore, so the LeafGuard gutters are going to alleviate a big problem for me. I think the investment is well worth it.
Everyone at LeafGuard was proficient, on time, and very good. They were tidy, they cleaned up and explained different features to me. They were very good.
The two guys that were here did a fantastic job. They came in, they set up, they rechecked the measurements and verified them. They started laying everything out and cutting it. It didn't take them any time at all to complete the job. They were very efficient. They were also very polite and courteous and represented LeafGuard very well.
Our sales rep, TJ, was very positive and bubbly. She really went into detail for us in an informal way. There were no problems with any issues that came up, and she knew what she was doing. When the installers came, they told us about what was going on and kept us appraised. I felt there was a good sense of communication and thoroughness. It was a really good experience.
I was reluctant to purchase at first, but that reluctance was overcome by the salesperson's professionalism. That professionalism carried through the entire sales presentation. The billing process was outstanding. The installation was amazing. It was absolutely wonderful.
No I dont feel it would be postiive, because of the dow spout brackete placement, the bent gutter and the installers rush to accomplish the job.
