Estelle was very good as our sales person. She was very thorough in her explanation and knew her product.
I had a really good experience with them .They were very kind and nice. The work was done. The cleanup was good. I'm just pleased.
I do not recall the name of our salesman at this moment, but I do clearly remember his professionalism and great personality. I know that he was a former Marine, and because of that he and I made a good connection because of my 24/year Army career. He clearly knows his LeafGuard product, and was able to quickly take measurements and give us a solid cost estimate and installation date. Excellent sales representative presenting an excellent product!
When they came out for the estimate, we did the $99 special. It was not presented properly, apparently our house did not qualify for that special. The commercials should be clear on what homes qualify.
