I was extremely impressed with the work and how it was done.
When Nicholas came to give the estimate, he wasn't too clear on some things. When he came the first time he was fine and made sure he provided information, but the second time he was rushing more and it felt like he just wanted to get out of there. There was a miscommunication and a part was missing when they installed the gutters. They had to come back and install it because Nicholas messed up on that part.
