Adding Leaf Guard to my home was a pretty big investment, but after having the installation done and experiencing some pretty torrential rain, I am sold that this product is a great addition to my home and will work well for many years. I feel the investment was totally worth it!
Mike was great through the process. The scheduler was gracious, and flexible with emergency needs I had. I had no intention of purchasing the gutters, but they were very helpful.
The LeafGuard experience was good for us, because we live in the country. LeafGuard was on time, cleaned up behind themselves and did what they said they would do. There was no miscommunication on the billing or quality of work.
Work was done on time and in a professional manner. In general, we are pleased, however we have the following complaint:Extremely loud noise in the downspouts and this could have been prevented. First night after a heavy rain a loud, "bang, bang, bang" woke us up. When I went out to the downspouts and opened the "clean out" box I found a horizontal flange existed where the downspout had been joined together.
