BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this company. Sketchy, weird sales guy, that was hard to shake. Kept talking, and walking around our property. Got his quote the next day....super over-priced cost for a 30 foot section of gutter. When I called this guy to ask a few questions, he was super rude, unprofessional, and then ended up hanging up on me!
Leaf Guard ********* is one of the worst businesses that I have ever dealt with as a consumer. They installed gutters on both my roof and garage, and thus far there have been no problems. What I did not like is the way they treated me as a customer after one of the pieces of fascia fell off and their response to my inquiry. LeafGuard Gutters are a complete waste of money. The gutters do not filter the water during downpours which caused structural damages. I am in the process of having them replaced. I have reached out to the company and no one has returned my call
A few months ago we purchased a new home in our 55+ community and decided to install LeafGuard gutters. We discovered online that Leaf Guard of ****** was the company that currently installs LeafGuard gutters. We met with a Leaf Guard of ****** representative who walked around home and measured our gutter needs, showed us the gutters and downspouts and discussed our cost bid. We have received two solicitations for estimates via U.S. Mail this year (one in March and one in June). The strange thing is that the company name appears on their solicitation as Leafguard (one word) whereas their name on the BBB website (same address) is LeafGuard. I am so disgusted with this company...we had gutters installed I believe in 2019 AND PAID IN FULL !!!! Love my new LeafGuard gutters & the people were so nice to deal with , from the Salesman to the installer . I'm very relieved to not have to worry about clogging or having someone clean them again! & No more leaking like my old ones did ! Improved the look of my house & a good feature when I sell it !
